Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako has OCPs for each of the 7 electoral areas in the regional district. Areas A and G are in the Bulkley Valley.

The Houston Topley Granisle Rural OCP 2003 is the plan for Electoral Area ‘G’ which covers the rural area surrounding Houston, Topley and Granisle.
Regional District of Kitimat – Stikine
Regional District of Kitimat – Stikine covers the Hazeltons area of the Bulkley Valley.
