Dahlie Road Rezoning

Rezoning of property at 2803 Dahlie Road is proposed to allow the property to be developed into a 1.8 ha fee simple lot for residential use, and a land strata residential development containing up to 9 bare land strata parcels ranging in size from 0.2 to 0.5 ha. The amendments will also allow a portion of land to be subdivided and dedicated to the Crown for public use.

The Regional District of Bulkley Nechako will hold a Public Hearing
on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. in the West Fraser Room at the Smithers Municipal Office, 1027 Aldous Street, Smithers, B.C.
